Know your enemy:

I am not Buddhist. However I know in Zen Buddhism there are impossible riddles which, when meditated upon, are meant to free the mind a little. They are called Koans. One of the most famous is the question which is ‘what is the sound of one hand clapping’. This question has been asked for thousands of years.

I was driving in the car back from the beach with my 3 ½ year old daughter and my baby son. She was clapping along to some music and Jacob, my son was sort of gurgling. She said “Daddy, I clap really well.” “Yes you can.. ” I said “..but can you clap with just one hand?” thinking of the koan. “Yes “ she said, and showed me how to do it without a pause for deeper consideration.

This is the wisdom, of the enemy you are about to engage on a daily basis. Good Luck!!
